Report anonymously

You have chosen to report anonymously. 

This means we will not ask for your name or email address. The University will not be able to contact you to provide any direct advice or support.

The information you give us today will help us provide better support to others and inform prevention work. Submitting an anonymous report will not lead to any investigation into a person's behaviour, nor to action being taken in relation to any person. Information contained in this report will only be passed on to relevant staff members on a strictly need to know basis (see the privacy notice for more information). 

If you would like to speak to someone, need direct support, or if you would like an investigation or action to take place, please choose to share your name and email address and speak to a Harassment Advisor.

Your data is important to us. We won't collect or store any information other than as set out in the privacy notice.  

The report should take around 5 - 10 minutes to complete. There are questions that are optional, such as demographic questions, which help us to understand staff experiences. If you don't want to answer them please skip ahead to the next question.
