The University of Oxford takes reports of bullying and harassment seriously and is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for staff.
Staff employed by the University of Oxford are able to use this tool to report an incident or seek support. You can tell us about an incident anonymously or ask to speak to an Advisor.
The information contained in a report will be passed on to relevant staff members on a strictly need to know basis (please see the privacy notice for more information).

Speaking to an Advisor does not mean that you're making a formal complaint to the University. It is to enable you to access the support you need to make an informed decision.
Reporting anonymously will mean the University is not able to contact you and will not lead to an investigation or direct action in relation to any person’s behaviour. The information you share will help provide better support to others and inform prevention work across the university.
